#FitStreak

#FitStreak has been going awesome...it's definitely what I have needed. It has caused me to become more consistent with fitness and the extra accountability helps too!

For me there are many times where the idea of getting ready to run, running and then showering...is annoying. Annoying because it is going to more time than I want it to...and so I don't run. With this challenge though I know I can consider it a complete day if I do at least 20 minutes of some sort of exercise...running...yoga...stretching...SOMETHING!

It's going great and I'm definitely wanting to continue it! Thanks Allison for doing this! You rock!

Day 2: 1700 Jump Ropes (WAYYY too many!I thought I was feeling some plantar fasciitis kicking in)
Day 3: 2 Mile Run
Day 4: 20 Min of Wii Fit
Day 5: 35 Min of Wii Fit
Day 6:  4 Mile Run
Day 7: 20 minutes of walking
Day 8: 20 minutes of walking
Day 9: 20 minutes of Stretching
Day 10: 20 minutes of Stretching
Day 11: 20 Minutes of Wii Active
Day 12: 30 Minutes of Wii Active
Day 13: 3 Mile Run
Day 14: 20 Minutes of Walking
Day 15: 2 Mile Run
Day 16: 20 Minutes of Stretching
Day 17: 20 Minutes of Stretching
Day 18: 25 Minutes of Wii Active
Day 19: 20 Minutes of Wii Active
Day 20: 5 Mile Run
Day 21: 20 Minutes of Stretching
