100 Pushup Challenge 2.0

Last Spring I wrote a blog announcing I was going to be doing the "100 pushup challenge." I was a little stupid overzealous and made my goal 100 pushups by the end of the program or anything else less than 100 was, to me, considered a failure.

I started the program off strong and after a couple of weeks I slacked off. Like a lot of things in life, I gave up when things got hard. I don't know when I made the decision to throw in the towel, but it was way before I finally admitted to myself and my wife that I gave up.

It has been a year and I have done some soul searching since then and reevaluated my priorities. I'm going to be starting the challenge back up, but this time with the goal of seeing how much I can improve over the course of the 6 week program.

I will be using the app created by One Hundred Pushups and taking pictures (and maybe a video or two) along the way. My challenge begins tomorrow morning as I will weigh in,  take a picture and do my initial test.
